Sr. Analyst Relations Manager, Remote - U.S.

Cohesity is looking for a seasoned Senior Analyst Relations Manager to join our hard-working analyst relations team at Cohesity. In a short period of time, Cohesity's analyst relations team has established the company as a Leader across several analyst firm reports including Gartner, Forrester and others. And, as the company continues to strengthen its position in the market, this is an ideal time for a passionate AR pro to join our team and expand our success across multiple analyst firms.

The manager will champion positive relationships with leading industry analysts to influence them to shortlist Cohesity on inquiry calls with prospects and drive positive results in key industry reports. The ideal candidate in this highly visible role will be responsible for ensuring the analysts are aware of Cohesity's vision, strategy, product differentiation and business results, so they can cover Cohesity as accurately and favorably as possible. They will lead the planning and execution of analyst strategy and advisory days, and our responses to MQ Wave and IDC MarketScape Questionnaires. They will also assist with the subsequent marketing campaigns to amplify analyst reports that will generate leads for the sales teams. This person will report to Cohesity's global director of analyst relations, one of the key leaders on Cohesity's corporate communications team.


HOW YOU'LL SPEND YOUR TIME HERE

  • Develop and manage relationships with industry analysts to ensure they are aware of Cohesity's latest initiatives and results.
  • Lead the activities required to maximize a favorable position in multiple competitive landscape analyst reports.
  • Work hand-in-hand with product marketing and product management representatives who will also play a key role in analyst relations activities.
  • Plan and lead effective strategic advisory sessions (SAS days) with analyst.
  • Schedule and lead pro-active and impactful analyst inquiry calls with Cohesity decision makers.
  • Schedule and prepare Cohesity spokespersons for analyst briefings.
  • Arrange analyst references and custom quotes for company press releases.
  • Contribute to building and maintaining analyst research insights for internal consumption, product development and business growth.
  • Assist marketing campaigns that leverage and amplify analyst research, services or assets.
  • Analyze relevant analyst research and summarize for internal stakeholders.
  • Track and report analyst interactions, coverage, and progress.

WE'D LOVE TO TALK TO YOU IF YOU HAVE MANY OF THE FOLLOWING

  • 8+ years of relevant analyst relations experience including leading the participation in industry analyst competitive landscape reports.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills with an ability to build confidence across multiple functions and levels of an organization.
  • Strategic, analytical problem solver with keen tactical execution skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and an ability to handle numerous fast paced projects simultaneously.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.


Disclosure Pursuant to Applicable State Equal Pay Transparency Laws - This position has a starting pay range as listed below. Actual salary depends upon many factors, including a candidate’s skills, qualifications and experience, location, and salary expectations, and therefore a starting salary at the low end, high end, or even above the stated range may be offered. This position may also be eligible for bonus compensation, commission (if in a sales function), and/or equity grants. Additionally, full-time employees are eligible to participate in our
comprehensive benefits framework, including health and wellness benefits, vacation, paid holidays and refresh days, 401(k) retirement plan, life and disability insurance coverages, and other benefits the Company may offer from time to time.

US Pay Range

$123,200—$154,000 USD
