The Role:

As a Senior Associate of the Commercial Strategy & Operations (CSO) team, reporting to the Manager of CSO, you will be responsible for reporting, tracking and trending analysis through Tableau, Excel, and other Enterprise reporting tools and systems, in support of the Commercial team and its operational efficiency. You will serve as the main point of contact on Analytics for the Commercial organization and work in close partnership with our Data & Analytics organization to bring dashboards and insights to life. Additionally, you will drive our commissions process end to-end in partnership with Commercial leadership and Finance. This role has high visibility, and provides detailed reporting and analytics on performance KPIs and future planning.

How You Will Make an Impact:

  • Develop a deep understanding of business opportunities and challenges and translate that knowledge into feasible and scalable analytics
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor the major heuristics of the Commercial department and enable us to be more targeted in our go-to-market engine
  • Construct materials for quarterly rep reviews with the various commercial teams to ensure the achievement of all KPIs and goals
  • Drive commissions process end-to-end that pay incentives out to Commercial and Client Success organizations
  • Conduct ad-hoc analyses to extract insights with regards to the Commercial organization's impact on the business
  • Apply consistent analytical approaches and methodologies across analyses

What You Bring to The Team:

  • 2+ years of sales operations or analytics experience, preferably within high-growth technology or SaaS environments
  • Ability to drive significant change through bringing critical insights across Commercial, Marketing, and Client Success organizations
  • Knowledge of Tableau and SQL, both in the data Warehouse (Snowflake) and Tableau
  • Knowledge of revenue-driving support systems and tools like Salesforce, Marketo, Salesloft, ZoomInfo, and others
  • Excellent quantitative and analytical skills with a strong attention to detail
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work with stakeholders and leadership
  • Self-motivated and able to handle multiple competing priorities

What We Offer:

The target base salary range for this position is $79,600 to $114,400 per year. Final offer amounts are determined by a variety of factors including candidate experience, qualifications, skills, competencies, market location, and internal compensation equity.
