Senior Associate, Content

OVERVIEW:

The Senior Associate assists the manager in developing and activating a robust and always-on social influencer content marketing strategy. Senior Associate will play a supporting role in developing tactical recommendations and a lead role in launching influencer and content campaigns. Senior Associate will also play a broader role in the content marketing efforts of the client, contributing to ideation and execution of custom content partnerships with media partners.

YOUR IMPACT:

  • Support manager in developing influencer and content recommendations that are designed for each unique objective and focused on critical client KPIs
  • Aide the Manager in negotiating partnership deals that deliver the most value to clients
  • Work with in-house influencer team on a day-to-day basis to plan and launch campaigns
  • Communicate campaign updates to the clients
  • Act as project manager for content partnership programs, ensuring timelines and campaign documents are accurate and shared, providing clear communication of key milestones, and acting as a liaison between partners and client to get approvals
  • Guide the influencer talent selection for campaigns, providing selection parameters and vetting final talent choices
  • Contribute a point of view on creative deliverables provided by influencers and partners to ensure assets are meeting client objectives and brand guidelines; including evaluating content rough cuts and final assets
  • Collaborate with Wavemaker colleagues across departments (e.g. planning, investment, data sciences) to ensure influencers & content are an interconnected part of the media plan
  • Contribute to the development of client presentations, briefs, pitches, and POVs
  • Produce campaign reports that evaluate the effectiveness of influencer and content programs
  • Provide training and guidance that supports the growth of Associates on the team


YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor’s degree in advertising, marketing, business administration, and communications; OR equivalent professional work experience
  • Demonstrate strong understanding of the influencer marketing space
  • Working knowledge of content development and distribution process
  • Experience in launching influencer partnerships
  • Proactive team player
  • Loves being creative as much as they love being a project manager
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and writing skills

The base salary for this position at the time of this posting may range from $45,000 to $90,000. Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including business needs, experience, level of responsibility and qualifications.
