As a Senior Associate, Research & Insights you will working alongside a cross-functional team of researchers to support our Fortune 500 clients across a variety of industries. Responsibilities will include supporting quantitative and qualitative research projects, survey creation and programming, quality assurance, analysis and reporting. The ideal candidate brings at least one year of experience in market research, and a knack for analytics – he or she is creative, detail oriented and is a problem solver. Main responsibilities include survey creation and programming, quality assurance, analysis and reporting.

Where You'll Make An Impact:
• Manage time efficiently to coordinate and execute project components, for multiple projects at a time. Be able to prioritize and communicate effectively while remaining flexible to changing client needs.
Assist in translating business questions into research plans and designing and programming the research instruments – utilize multiple methodologies, both qualitative and quantitative within the community.
Assist with daily moderation of research activities in the communities and extract insights.
Load, test and proofread all research surveys and content on staging before posting live to production. Accountable for assuring data accuracy and relevance to objectives at every step in the project process to ensure the data is both internally consistent and demonstrates face validity.
Analyze data and develop insightful results or “story” that addresses business objective in a clear and concise, visually appealing format.
Ensure all project components are executed within scope of contract and/or project proposal
Utilize project management & time tracking tools to track project completion and utilization
You'll Be Successful If You Have:
• Bachelor’s degree in related field
Minimum one year of market research experience
Knowledge of research techniques through coursework, internships, or work experience is highly desired
Experience with Excel, SPSS, SAS, Qualtrics, SurveyGizmo, SurveyMonkey, R, and/or Tableau is highly desired
Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook is required
Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize task and contribute to multiple projects simultaneously
Self-motivated, flexible and organized
Capable of working independently and within teams
Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving and project management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
