For our client ABN AMRO, located in Amsterdam, we are looking for a Structurer DCM. This professional structurer will help advise on Debt Capital Markets (DCM) Secured Debt transactions, and execute deals. These deals range from securitisation, covered bonds and loan portfolio transactions to private placements of asset-backed debt.
ABN AMRO is a publicly listed bank (the Dutch government being a major shareholder), with a strong presence in the Netherlands and Northwest-Europe. Its strategy consist of three pillars: reinventing the customer experience, supporting customers’ transition to sustainability and building a futureproof bank. The bank offers a wide range of financial services, including personal and business banking, wealth management and corporate finance. Team
The DCM department, which you're going to be part of, consist of 40 professionals divided over 2 commercial teams (Bond Origination and Secured Debt) and 2 syndicate teams (loans and bonds). The DCM Secured Debt team consist of 4 seniors and 4 mediors/juniors.

Position
You are the linking pin between your client and capital markets investors. The activities include for instance developing commercial term sheets, investor presentations and financial modelling as well as liaising with rating agencies, coordinating the due diligence between client and investors and taking care of deal project management with communication towards all stakeholders. Furthermore, you tailor and negotiate the transactions for your client. With your skill set, you also advise on and structure portfolio management transactions enabling a capital-efficient business model.
