Job Description


We’re looking for a Senior BSA - Workday Security to join Procore’s Talent Technology team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for analyzing, designing, and implementing Workday Security solutions that meet the needs of our organization. You will work closely with the broader Data, Technology, and Security (DTS) team, Global Talent Organization (GTO), and other stakeholders to ensure that our Workday platform is secure and meets regulatory compliance requirements.

Use your consulting and technical abilities to drive positive improvements to Hire to Retire processes through system security documentation and configuration. This position reports into Director - Business Systems and will be based remotely. We’re looking for someone to join us immediately.

What you’ll do:

  • Analyze business requirements and work with stakeholders to design and implement Workday Security solutions
  • Develop and maintain Workday Security policies and procedures
  • Lead Workday Security projects from start to finish, including project planning, requirements gathering, design, testing, and deployment
  • Collaborate with the broader DTS team and other stakeholders to ensure the security of our Workday platform
  • Monitor and analyze Workday Security data to identify trends and potential areas of improvement
  • Provide training and support to end-users on Workday Security policies and procedures
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Workday Security trends and best practices, and make recommendations for improvements as needed
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, such as GDPR, SOC 2, and HIPAA

What we’re looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in Workday Security design, implementation, and administration
  • Strong understanding of Workday Security concepts, including role-based security, user-based security, intersection security, and data security
  • Experience with Workday integrations and reporting a plus
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills paired with strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and lead projects from start to finish, yet simultaneously work effectively in a team environment
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Experience with regulatory compliance requirements, such as GDPR, SOC 2, and HIPAA, is a plus

Additional Information

Base Pay Range $88,000-$121,000. Eligible for Equity Compensation. Procore is committed to offering competitive, fair, and commensurate compensation, and has provided an estimated pay range for this role. Actual compensation will be based on a candidate’s job-related skills, experience, education or training, and location.
