- Utilizes extended Exceedra team to achieve success.

Communicates and facilitates conversations with senior customer managers and executives.

Work with Support to close all open Change Request opportunities.

Utilize expertise within the team to identify areas of system improvements or enhancements for success.

Develop strong working relationships with client leads instilling confidence in the solution, the company, and the project team.

Work with the Project Manager and the Leadership team to identify opportunities for Strategic Value Assessments with clients, help clients optimize their use of the system.

Lead business requirements/capture workshops to verify business requirements, document requirements, provide input for solution design.

Lead project team training sessions.

What you bring to this role
- More than 3 years of experience in delivering multiple software and services solutions.

Understands how ERP and Trade Promotion Management system work.

Understands the value proposition of software and service solutions.

Understand the role of professional services in the implementation of software and services solutions.

Working knowledge of the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry.

Working knowledge of software and services industry

Knowledge of techniques for requirements elicitation and capture.

Knowledge of production software implementations.

Knowledge of project delivery methodologies.

Great-to-Haves
- BA/BS in MIS, Computer Science or equivalent.

PMP, Scrum Certification desirable but not required.

Relevant Business Analysis certification.

Participated in a leadership and contributor role on software and services project implementations.

Understands how to operate a successful user acceptance testing phase.

Knowledge of working in client-facing environments.
- Business analysis experience in the FMCG sector.

4-5 years' experience working within the FMCG industry, in either a sales operation, demand planning or revenue management role.

Experience with business analytics and data is a plus.

Experience with ERP is a plus.
