POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
We are seeking three motivated, highly organized and socially connected individuals to serve as senior clinical interviewers to assist the investigators with the research Program to Alleviate National Disparities in Ethnic and Minority Immunizations in the Community or PANDEMIC study.
Interview potential study participants for selection into the study.
- Schedule participants for discussion and informational sessions either remotely or in-person as per study protocol and procedures.
- Revise and develop COVID-19, influenza, and other adult vaccination lesson materials and other study-related materials as needed.
- Gather available community resources.
- Collect and enter data, maintain appropriate documentation, and prepare reports.
- Assist with recruitment of study subjects and survey completion.
- Communicate with community-based organizations, small businesses, houses of worship, and health care providers
- Assist with other study-related tasks or other COVID-19 studies within the team as needed.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Requirements
High School Diploma and at least two years of administrative support experience is required. Equivalent combination of education and experience will also be considered.
Ability to speak Spanish or West African languages is preferred.
Skills and Comptencies
Knowledge of COVID-19, influenza, and research is preferred.
Must possess knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
May use other web-based programs as assigned.
Must demonstrate good judgment, initiative, and attention to detail.
Deals directly with individuals and groups, both internal and external to the College, ability to check the applicability of matters requiring knowledge of policy.
