Job Description

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Clinical Recruiter to join our team. The Senior Clinical Recruiter will be responsible for recruiting and hiring clinical and sales talent, including registered nurses (RNs), nurse practitioners (NPs), physician assistants (PAs) to support our expanding clinics.. This includes developing and implementing recruitment strategies, sourcing and interviewing candidates, conducting pre-employment screenings, coordinating onboarding processes, and maintaining relationships with external partners. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of clinical and sales talent acquisition, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a passion for aesthetics and beauty.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and hire clinical talent
  • Source and screen candidates through various channels, such as online job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals, and conduct initial interviews to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Conduct pre-employment screenings, including background checks, credential verifications, and reference checks, to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and LaserAway's hiring standards.
  • Collaborate with clinic managers and hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, provide guidance on recruitment best practices, and develop job descriptions and job postings that accurately reflect the roles and requirements of clinical positions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, such as recruitment agencies, nursing/sales schools, and professional organizations, to expand the candidate pool and ensure a steady flow of qualified candidates.
  • Coordinate and facilitate the onboarding process for new clinical and sales hires, including preparing offer letters, collecting required documents, coordinating training sessions, and conducting orientation sessions to ensure smooth and efficient onboarding experiences.
  • Track and report on recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, source of hire, and candidate pipeline, and provide regular updates to leadership on recruitment status, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements related to clinical talent acquisition, and proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation.
  • Provide excellent candidate experience by maintaining timely and professional communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, and ensuring a positive and inclusive recruitment experience.
  • Ensure compliance with recruitment policies, procedures, and guidelines, and promote ethical and professional conduct in all aspects of clinical talent acquisition.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in clinical talent acquisition, preferably in the healthcare or aesthetics industry.
  • Strong understanding of clinical roles, qualifications, and requirements, and ability to assess candidate qualifications and experience.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners.
  • Proactive and results-driven, with the ability to independently manage multiple recruitment processes, meet deadlines, and achieve recruitment goals.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records, reports, and documentation.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with clinic managers, hiring managers, and external partners, and build effective relationships.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements related to clinical talent acquisition, such as licensure, credentialing, and background checks.
  • Familiarity with healthcare and aesthetics industry, including clinical roles, procedures, and regulations, is a plus.
  • Passion for aesthetics, beauty, and healthcare, with a keen eye for talent and cultural fit.

Physical Requirements

  • Work is performed in a remote office environment and requires the ability to operate standard office equipment including keyboards and phones
  • Work is sedentary, typically requiring 8 hours of sitting at a desk. Repetitive motion using keyboard and phone to make outbound calls. The worker is required to have close visual acuity to perform computer activity.
  • The ability to hear, understand, and distinguish speech both in-person and over the telephone/virtual platforms
  • Expressing or exchanging ideas by means of the spoken word to impart oral information to patients and to convey detailed spoken instructions to other coworkers accurately.
