Mō te Tūranga | About the Role
With the launch of a new digital communications platform, we’re changing the way we talk to our customers. As a Senior Content Designer, you’ll play a vital role by designing personalised content experiences for our digital channels.
Working in an Agile squad, you’ll liaise with stakeholders around the business to understand the user journeys and opportunities. You’ll produce crisp, clear, inclusive and on-brand content that meets customers’ needs and regulatory requirements.
Using a test-learn-optimise approach, you’ll measure and track results and share these back with your stakeholders, building a cycle of continuous improvement. You’ll help shape our principles, processes and guidelines, and make sure content always aligns to them.
As part of the wider Experience Design area, you'll work closely with designers in other disciplines like research, service design and user experience. And you’ll have the opportunity to develop your content design skills with the active support of our content design chapter.
