Senior Negotiator supporting contract negotiations for L1 and L2 deals in the US.

Has a proven Negotiator background for complex IT outsourcing contracts

Relevant experience as contract negotiator for large IT outsourcing contracts with a strong track record being gained in an IT managed operations environment

A proven track record in managing communications internally and externally at strategic and senior Management level:

Experienced in creating a or working with a bid community and functional teams

Experience of leading and motivating large and complex teams in a pressured work environment

Experienced in understanding business cases and delivery solutions for IT outsourcing deals

Experienced in relevant legal aspects (e.g., terms of conditions, penalty systems)

Client Focus:
Builds relationships with customers based on mutual trust and respect.

Knows the client organization and understands how decisions are made.

Maintains constructive relationships with customers even when issues arise.

Is seen as a well-respected sparring partner at different levels of the client organization.

Can explain and arguing Atos positions in negotiation with the customer.

Understand delivery and technical solution of the deal.

Removes obstacles for others ensuring continuous focus on end goal.

Maintains a view of the wider picture, even in very complex situations, evaluating interim results and their effect on achieving the overall goal.

Identifies and communicates opportunities for increasing profit.

Consistently identifies and pursues opportunities to create added value for both the client and Atos.

Is capable to balance profit and risk for Atos in the contractual negotiation.
