Pulley (https://pulley.com) is hiring for a senior paralegal to join our team. Pulley's mission is to make it easier for anyone to start a company. Pulley is looking for a corporate paralegal to join our team in a non-traditional role.

A good fit is someone looking to expand their work beyond the legal field. You will support our users with their equity-related questions and help them manage their cap tables. You will also have a meaningful impact on building the product. In this role, you will work with the engineering and design team to design features to help our customers manage their cap tables.

🛠 Responsibilities

  • Onboard and assist startups in managing their cap tables, equity plans, financings, and securities requirements
  • Accurately and efficiently the day-to-day administration of Pulley’s cap table
  • Write product specifications for cap table management features
  • Support the engineering and design team in developing key features for stock plan administration.

🙌 Qualifications & Fit

  • 5+ years of legal administrative experience
  • Experience working with cap tables for startups. You understand post and pre-money SAFEs, equity plans, waterfall analysis, etc.
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to do what it takes to deliver results
  • Entrepreneurial, with a high tolerance for ambiguity
  • Fast learner with with low ego
  • Strong written communication skills
