Udemy is looking for a Senior CPQ Administrator to join the Salesforce & GTM Business Systems team within the IT organization. You will be a critical part of the team responsible for designing and delivering strategic solutions within Salesforce CPQ and the larger Quote-to-Cash ecosystem. You will own the full delivery lifecycle of small enhancements and product launches within Salesforce CPQ. You will collaborate with your team and business partners to drive workstreams within larger Q2C projects.
- Lead discussions with GTM business partners to understand feature or product requests and optimize processes.
- Document system requirements in JIRA, BRD templates and process flow diagrams.
- Design scalable CPQ and Q2C solutions that meet business requirements.
- Partner with developers and solution architects to design and build robust solutions.
- Perform complex configuration within Salesforce CPQ and the larger Salesforce ecosystem.
- Lead and support SIT, UAT and deployment efforts within assigned enhancements or projects
- Support Tier 2 issues submitted by Salesforce Users and identify opportunities for technical debt resolution.
- 5+ years hands on experience building and maintaining Salesforce CPQ and Advanced Approvals solutions
- 7+ years of experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud
- Certifications: Salesforce Certified Administrator (Required); Salesforce Platform App Builder (Required); Salesforce Certified CPQ Specialist (Very Preferred); Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator (Preferred); Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant (Preferred)
- Expert understanding of CPQ pricing waterfall, price rules, product rules, approval chains, and all other CPQ components.
- Experience designing and documenting new business, amendment and renewal requirements and workflows for SaaS companies
- Self-starting attitude to learn, analyze and problem solve autonomously
- Positive and proactive communication style with team members and business partners
