The Senior Customer Marketing Manager will be responsible for helping the organization drive sales in their assigned channel through marketing activities that leverage both the account’s and Logitech’s marketing plans. They will work with various team members (including Sales, Category Marketing, Portfolio Managers and Global Marketing Groups) to drive and implement our must win battles.

Chiefly responsible for developing account specific marketing plans, as well as outlining the business case and ROI’s.
Work with cross-functional teams (Category and Portfolio Marketing Managers, Sales, Global Marketing Groups) to understand the Logitech marketing priorities and strategic objectives, to build account plans that are aligned and ladder up to key growth pillars.
Initiate and execute against account plan(s) for major retailers and etailers, including project and budget management, set-up, pre and post analysis (lift & ROI) and report out on results both internally and externally.
Create merchandising plans both in-store and online and communicate and own all aspects of project management: workback schedules, costs, plan-o-grams, display space, asset creations, fixture development, agency management.
Develop and own your project trackers, to effectively communicate real-time status updates and provide stakeholders with transparency.
Steward of our marketing culture which is focused on creating high-touch, highly-targeted account based marketing that accelerates growth and awareness.
Responsible for intimate understanding of your respective channel account, inclusive of brand expertise, market and consumer insights and excellence around relationship collaboration.
Work cooperatively and harmoniously with global and regional Logitech matrixed resources (marketing and product marketing teams, finance, sales operations, supply chain, etc) learning from and leveraging resources where appropriate.
Key Qualifications:
For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and experiences to our team:
Expansive experience dedicated to global-focused, consumer-driven marketing organizations - ideally in a consumer product/retail focused company.
Expertise and a record of accomplishment around:
Marketing: experience and mastery of the 4Ps and available marketing levers, within their respective channel.
Digital & Social: track record in digital marketing , including SEO/SEM, Programmatic, and Paid Social. Turn insights into customized action plans based on analytics, to drive Logitech business profitably and navigation optimization.
Leadership - Champions ideas and projects across a matrixed organization, managing through influence to drive team members from across the company towards the common objective of Thought leadership and influence - able to bring multiple stakeholders to a common point of view growing sales revenue in their channel and region.
Teamwork - Develops a close relationship with NAMs, Sales Directors and the customers, leveraging the diversity of perspectives and experiences.
Communication - Communicates in a clear and concise manner that is appropriate for the topic and audience.
Analytics - Thoroughly understands financials and market information, identifying not only trends, but also the reasons behind them. Monitors results and develops contingency plans as well as opportunities.
Advanced computer skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

This position offers an annual OTE (on target earnings) typically between $ 123K and $ 192.5K depending on location and experience.
In certain circumstances, higher compensation will be considered based on the business need, candidate experience, and skills.
