Job Description


We’re looking for a Senior Customer Operations Specialist to serve as a business partner to Procore’s Customer Success organization. In this role, you’ll leverage strategic and execution skills to drive revenue objectives that optimize Procore’s customer motion and processes for our Customer Success teams.

As a Senior Customer Operations Specialist, you’ll improve the team’s scalability, agility, and efficiency. You’ll help drive cadences and action plans in alignment with Revenue Operations and CSM Leadership to improve processes, optimize growth, and build key partnerships across the business. This position reports to the Senior Manager, Customer Operations, and will be based remotely out of the US or in the Austin, TX office. We’re looking for someone to join us immediately.

What you’ll do:

  • Drive a deep understanding of the Global Customer Success systems and processes to inform and enhance our operating plan and revenue drivers, championing change management and driving productivity for the Customer Success organization
  • Partner with Customer Success leadership, serving as a primary point of contact for the Global Revenue Operations team
  • Support the continuous improvement of the Customer Success Operating Cadences, including forecasting, pipeline interlocks, and QBRs
  • Prioritize business projects and Run the Business work
  • Build a strong internal network of experts and resources to help drive effective change
  • Work closely with key stakeholders such as Planning, BA, BSA, Enablement, Insights, and additional Revenue teams, to solve challenges and accelerate growth
  • Provide proactive feedback between the field and team to communicate issues, trends, and friction points and drive action
  • Objectively analyze the performance gaps of the business and own identification, planning, execution, documentation, and communication of action plans

What we’re looking for:

  • BA/BS degree is preferred; 5+ years of operations experience, preferably with operations experience supporting sales/customer success/account management teams in global organizations
  • Experience working at a large-scale technology company is required
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to influence without authority
  • Ability to collaborate and build effective relationships with Procorians at a range of levels and across different roles in the organization
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present to large groups and leverage storytelling to align multiple parts of the business
  • Proven track record of establishing and managing operations with an emphasis on maintaining operating rhythms, dashboards, and other tools necessary to measure, evaluate, and improve business processes and performance
  • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills; demonstrated ability to structure complex problems, develop solutions, and craft high-quality executive presentations
  • Experience in reengineering, organizational design, and process improvement; lean startup or design thinking is a plus
  • Flexibility to pivot quickly to new demands and with a high sense of urgency

Additional Information


Base Pay Range $85,600-$117,700. Eligible for Equity Compensation. Procore is committed to offering competitive, fair, and commensurate compensation, and has provided an estimated pay range for this role. Actual compensation will be based on a candidate’s job-related skills, experience, education or training, and location.
