Senior Demand Generation Manager

Fidel API is a global financial infrastructure platform that enables developers to build programmable experiences connected with real-time payment events from a user's card. We're in an incredibly exciting period of growth as we continue to scale internationally and are looking for an experienced Senior Demand Generation Manager who wants to be part of this journey.

What you'll do:

  • Own, develop and execute our demand generation strategy, execution plan and related budget
  • Drive end-to-end integrated multi-channel demand generation campaigns to generate pipeline and revenue across existing and new sales segments.
  • Develop, monitor and report on relevant KPIs, including impressions, email opens, response rates, clicks, web visitors, video views, collateral downloads, lead count and quality, initial sales conversations, and revenue
  • Work collaboratively with Marketing, Product, Sales, Strategy teams to A/B test campaigns
  • Develop and hone buyer and user personas based on each of our products and solutions.
  • Understand the full buyer's journey and proactively consider how marketing can support at every stage in the journey
  • Partner closely with Fidel API's leadership team to advance the broader organisational strategy and present campaign results

We want you, if you have:

  • 7+ years of relevant marketing experience, ideally in demand generation for a B2B tech company
  • Experience with inbound and outbound marketing tactics across various channels - SEO, SEM, email, social media, etc.
  • Experience with a CRM/Marketing automation platform (i.e. Salesforce, Marketo, Hubspot, 6sense, etc.)
  • Experience building strong rapport and partnership with your Marketing colleagues, SDRs, RevOps, AEs and Sales Leadership
  • Extensive experience in the development and execution of email marketing, social advertising, content syndication, SEM, and paid digital
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, able to explain strategies and results to various team
  • A collaborative mindset and like to solve problems with others;
  • A self-starter attitude and can set deadlines and multitask with excellent organisational skills
  • Can operate and thrive in a highly ambiguous and fast-paced environment
