Experience participating in design discussions about architecture, data shape, and business logic.
Experience designing, building, or supporting highly-performant distributed systems.

What you'll own:

Product Excellence: The technology and components to delight our users, improve quality, and reduce the cost of support and maintenance of your product
A Reliable Experience: ensure your product meets or exceeds the contracted SLA uptime
Technical Growth of Team: The responsibility for the opportunities, growth, and professional development of the engineers that you will mentor.
Organisational relationship: A direct and deep relationship with US based Skills engineering leaders and team members, Skills product leaders, other engineering teams in Bengaluru
Product Strategy: Inform the product strategy by bringing technical perspective to the conversations.
Product Champion: Using Pluralsight's own products across your organisation to achieve strategic goals

Experience you’ll need:

Requires a minimum of 9+ years of related or equivalent experience; or 4 years and an advanced degree.
Good programming skills in languages such as Python or Typescript.
Experience with AWS Cloud and Serverless deployments
Experience with Terraform
Experience using CI/CD tools such as Buildkite or Github Actions.
Good understanding of building and deploying javascript applications.
Knowledge of Cypress, GraphQL and Github Actions
Know-how of Containerization, New Relic and Grafana would be good
Excellent communication skills, ability to partner with product and design, and collaborate on multi-functional teams
You have shown you are a strong collaborator, a trusted teammate, and are skilled at resolving and working through different ideas.
