SENIOR DIGITAL STRATEGIES SPECIALIST
ICF seeks a Senior Digital Strategies Specialist to support a variety of services within the Office for Victims of Crime’s Victim Services Training and Technical Assistance and other programs within Justice Research and Victim Services.
This role is remote. US citizenship required by federal government contract.
Key Responsibilities:

Maintain website content and assist with technology tasks.
-
Provide technical support for delivery of webinars and virtual events using various platforms.
-
Provide 508 document remediation for PDF, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
-
Support communication and marketing activities.
-
Assist with email and digital marketing using an online marketing platform.
-
Support learning management system implementation and administration.
Basic Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s degree in communications, public relations, social services, marketing, criminal justice, or related discipline.
-
Minimum 5 years of experience supporting web content management, webinar technical support, and marketing.
-
US citizenship required by federal government contract.
-
This position requires a Public Trust security clearance. Applicants will be subject to government security investigation to obtain clearance prior to the start date.
Preferred Qualifications:
-
Experience with Zoom or Zoom for Government.
-
Knowledge and applicability of Section 508 compliance.
-
Experience with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
-
Experience with Constant Contact or similar online marketing platforms.
-
Experience supporting U.S. Department of Justice programs or initiatives.
-
Experience in the field of victims’ rights and services or criminal justice.
Professional Skills:

Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).

Ability to produce high quality work.

Ability to be flexible, detail-oriented, and manage multiple activities simultaneously in a fast-paced, changing environment.

Pay Range - There are multiple factors that are considered in determining final pay for a position, including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location, education and certifications as well as contract provisions regarding labor categories that are specific to the position. The pay range for this position is:
