Requirements

About the role

We are seeking an experienced digital operations leader that can manage and develop Rokt’s network Quality Assurance. This role will require building and maintaining campaign policies, defining and improving the processes followed by the operations team to enforce those policies and working closely with our product and engineering team to develop more scalable campaign QA within the organization and network.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain the processes, systems and tools used to enforce network quality assurance to ensure the highest quality and performance for our proprietary platform.
  • Document QA guidelines, and providing training for our QA & operations teams
  • Collaborate with our product and engineering teams to develop the systems and processes into our core infrastructure that will allow Rokt to manage network QA at scale
  • Develop and institutionalize KPI’s for network QA across the organization
  • Build and manage the team and resources required to deliver ongoing best in class QA for the Rokt network
  • Setup the infrastructure for robust QA practices as we develop new products


Requirements

  • 7+ years experience building and developing QA process and infrastructure in ad tech or mar-tech businesses.
  • Expert on Advertising policy and law globally
  • Strong leader, able to influence stakeholders across functions internally

Compensation: $137,500 - $250,000 + equity + (great) benefits
