Senior Director, Supply Chain Tech

The role of Senior Director, Supply Chain Technologies, will be responsible for managing the S/4 Hana Transformation program (Contour) and specific domains covering – order to invoice, procure to pay & Collaboration/Reporting. This will include the delivery of the solution across our Commercial Products Supply function globally as well as the North America business unit. The job responsibilities include but not limited to - stake holder management, program delivery, reporting/communication, team management, Vendor Management, Budget Mgt, Ownership of design, development, configuration, maintenance, governance, and ongoing enhancements for the specific domains. The position requires deep subject matter expertise and program delivery experience in managing large transformation programs, working experience in Supply Chain Domain, Architecture and Domain Management, with specific exposure to SAP technologies. Candidates must have proven SAP Implementation experience, preferably in a company with a global footprint.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with global, multi-functional leadership and demonstrate thought leadership in the domain of Supply Chain
  • Strong leadership skills including management responsibility of several of the supply chain initiatives.
  • Lead and provide thought leadership and solution architecture in defining the end-to-end Supply Chain Strategy – covering Order to Invoice, Procure to Pay and Collaboration/Reporting.
  • Lead the Contour team in the implementation of S4 Hana Platform across CPS, North America and Flavor Manufacturing.
  • Work closely with Business stake holders to balance Scope, Cost, Delivery, and timelines for Project Contour.
  • Follow and manages the solutions (processes, data, applications, business controls, roles, and metrics) through appropriate change management processes and tools
  • Collaborate with teams within Contour to deliver the complete solution
  • Talent Management – Build deep internal technical expertise within the internal Tech Teams
  • Oversight of Design and Delivery across domains and integrating with upstream and downstream systems
  • Partner with Solution Integrators to drive the right solution and ensure smooth implementation
  • Network across the Coca-Cola System and provide technical leadership on Supply Chain Systems – Processes and capabilities
  • Financial management of budgets and costs including projects and baseline
  • Develop and execute the team staffing strategy and plan
  • Coach and mentor staff on career growth, technical knowledge, business culture, and communication and collaboration

Communications

  • Building alignment across the System – working with Technical Function Heads, Technical Directors, and System Partners
  • Working with Teams within Technology Services organization.
  • Working with Program Contour team and System integrators
  • Strong Facilitation Skills credible with senior leaders

Education Requirements:

  • Minimum bachelor’s degree in computer science or related discipline. Masters Preferred.
  • Certification in SAP Modules
  • Certification in Project Management / Scrum Master
  • Certification in Enterprise Architecture (TOGAF) would be preferred

Experience

  • Minimum 12-15 years of work experience in Technology or relevant related field, with specific experience in managing large teams in transformation projects
  • Experience working in CPG Industry would be preferred
  • Experience developing future design of Supply Chain systems - Road maps, Architecture
  • Experience managing teams – leading them on programs and building talent in the team.
  • Experience working in a global environment with teams working in different time zones
  • Strong interpersonal skills, collaborative problem-solving skills, ability to listen to and understand needs across diverse stakeholders at various levels of the organization
  • Proven skills to manage senior and skilled resources – both from internal and external
  • Good written and verbal communication skills & ability to work with all levels of management
