VitalConnect is looking for a hands-on Senior Enterprise Applications Manager to drive the evolution of our business applications, to support our growth, and to help maintain a high-level of operational efficiency and service quality.
The Enterprise Application Manager will be responsible for the overall business analysis, design, development, implementation and integration of the Enterprise Applications. He/she will collaborate with stakeholders from various business units to understand requirements in order to develop our application roadmap and meet company objectives. Ideal candidates will have a deep understanding of business processes, ERP and CRM systems, security and architecture.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all Enterprise Applications including ERP and CRM
- Work closely with technical or functional stakeholders of all internal business units to obtain requirements, develop solution proposals, and coordinate implementation.
- Translate business and technical requirements to help achieve business objectives
- Hands-on Project Management of all Enterprise Application projects tasks and activities
- Proactively seek opportunities that will support business goals and provide users with alternatives that enhance performance and efficiency.
- Manage, set priorities, and successfully complete projects while concurrently supporting technical issues
- Participate as an integral member of the IT leadership team responsible for defining and implementing IT strategy and business objectives.
- Work closely with the security team to ensure current and future state Enterprise Architecture is aligned with regulatory and compliance requirements
Experience
- Bachelor's degree and/or relevant experience
- 8+ years’ experience in fast paced IT environments and/or relevant consulting experience
- Requires thorough understanding of planning, analysis, and testing techniques required to support an Enterprise Applications.
- Requires hands on, thorough technical knowledge of and experience with Salesforce CRM
- Demonstrated experience in aligning stakeholders, building consensus, and driving change at scale.
- Ability to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- Demonstrated ability developing enterprise architecture models and strategic roadmaps, or equivalent practical experience.
- Proven leadership in managing consultants and/or internal teams
- Bonus points for knowledge of and experience with QAD ERP
