Overview
Morning Brew is hiring a Senior Event Marketing Manager to join the Growth team, focusing on its B2B brands. Reporting to the Director of Growth, B2B, this marketer will be responsible for driving registration and attendance to Morning Brew’s events.
Morning Brew is based in New York City but this role is remote-friendly for all candidates.
What you’ll do:
-Build and execute multi-channel marketing strategies to drive lead generation, registration, attendee revenue and deepen customer engagement for live and virtual events
-Own growth and reporting of all event KPIs including, but not limited, to registration, attrition and revenue
-Own and execute the event marketing lifecycle and email marketing channel
-Develop and optimize copy that drives audience engagement and attendance
-Collaborate with content engagement to identify and create high-quality, SEO optimized content that represents the each brand voice and personality; strategically repurpose content for different mediums drive event engagement
-Optimize website content to ensure accuracy, search engine visibility, optimal user experience and conversion
-Participate on-site at events to drive engagement and activation
-Manage creation and production of on-site marketing materials such as signage, brochures, show guides, etc.
-Coordination with event operations team to plan logistics and onsite activations
What makes you qualified:
-You have 5-7 years of event marketing experience. Experience in media and/or subscription business is a plus
-Knowledge and experience of major paid marketing channels
-Experience leading and managing the execution of strategic multi-channel b2b event marketing initiatives
-Proven ability to build relationships and collaborate successfully with cross-functional groups
-Strong track record in thriving in a hyper-growth environment with a roll-up-your-sleeves approach
