About the role:

We are hiring a Senior Executive Assistant to support multiple senior leaders in our Hardware Engineering organization. We are looking for someone who can thrive in our innovative, fast-paced, and growing organization. We want someone who is excited about developing their skills and abilities while helping our company grow.

We find the strongest candidates are those that are passionate about our mission, love driving efficiency and bringing productivity to the next level, and have strong attention to detail, communication, and organizational skills.


What you'll be doing:

  • Understand the priorities and objectives of your leaders and their teams and act as gatekeeper, time-advocate, and liaison for all senior leaders you support. This includes arranging travel, scheduling transit, and making reservations
  • Lead preparation and formatting of presentation materials and documents while coordinating various meetings, functions, and events including quarterly retreats and team-building offsites for your organization's leadership team
  • Be a team leader: own team requests inside and outside your organization, problem-solve, and assist with keeping the team on-track and organized
  • Be a culture-contributor: coordinate department initiatives, supervise, highlight, and celebrate essential team cultural/career moments. Expand these skills cross-functionally and be an advocate and mentor outside your department
  • Find balance for your senior leaders and their teams while managing various team systems like meetings, team calendars, onboarding materials, and team Slack channels
  • Develop new processes and systems for growing teams systems that create efficiency and time among leaders

What you must have:

  • BA/BS or equivalent experience and 6-8 years of related work experience
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills and ability to navigate various professional dynamics
  • Excellent calendar management skills, including the coordination of complex meetings and designing scalable operating cadences
  • Confident self-starter who is a true leader that can take a task and run with it with limited supervision
  • Ability to balance setting boundaries for leads with being appreciative to the needs of your organization
  • Anticipate problems and needs of your leaders and offer solutions with recommendations - be proactively looking ahead
  • Utmost integrity and discretion with the ability to think ahead and be proactive while maintaining high levels of confidentiality
