Senior Financial Analyst (Remote Eligible - US)

About the role:

The FP&A team plays an integral role in shaping decisions that drive Dashlane's growth. You will gain exposure to key stakeholders (including the Exec Team) and will see the impact of your contributions on the Company's strategy across all departments: finance, product, marketing and more. You will own complex analyses, reporting, and models that influence strategic business decisions.

This role can be either in person our New York office, or work remotely in the US. We offer relocation support.

At Dashlane you will:

Own aspects of the FP&A workflow throughout the year, including but not limited to budget, reforecast, and monthly variance analysis
Contribute to the preparation of Financial & Business KPI reports delivered to our Exec Team and Board of Directors
On an ad-hoc basis, model key initiatives and analyze their impacts (e.g. Product and Marketing cost benefit analyses)
Identify risks and opportunities that will improve the business and guide strategic recommendations
Collaborate with the Finance team to scale and improve its processes supporting the very ambitious growth plan of the Company
Work cross-functionally with all departments

Requirements:

4+ years of relevant experience in FP&A, Banking, Consulting, Audit or a similar position with demonstrated knowledge of forecasting, planning, and financial statement analysis

What Gives you an Edge:

Knowledge of the SaaS business industry and its relevant metrics
Advanced Excel abilities; you can build and manage complex models
Prior experience with SQL and/or Data Visualization (Tableau software for example)
Intellectually curious; you don’t accept easy answers and are eager to identify key drivers
Strong storyteller; ability to translate data/model output into easily digestible visuals and narratives
Customer focus; a service mentality and the ability to partner closely with internal customers.
Self-driven, organized, detail-oriented, and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
A proactive growth mindset; coachable, but can also research and learn
A mind for business; you understand business drivers and identify options to deliver outcomes
Prior experience working with information systems (NetSuite for example)
Experience working at a start-up or similar environment
