Vectra is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to support our Corporate Finance and R&D finance team. Reporting to the Sr. Manager, Corporate Finance, this role will partner closely with Recruiting to manage headcount and with the FP&A team to budget and report on spend. We are looking for a hands-on contributor who is highly quantitative and analytical. Responsibilities

  • Assist with planning and forecasting efforts for Corporate Finance and R&D functions, including long range plan, annual financial plan, and monthly forecasts.
  • Deliver analysis and reporting of the business' financial results including variances to plan and forecast, ensuring key issues, risks, and business drivers are understood and highlighted.
  • Prepare timely and accurate financial statements (e.g Income statement, Balance sheet)
  • Analyze key performance indicators, financial trends and develop key insights and recommendations.
  • Build strong collaborative relationships with key stakeholders to drive operational efficiency.
  • Support Corporate finance reporting deliverables.
  • Additional ad-hoc assignments and special projects supporting departments across the organization.
  • Manage headcount tracking and develop a standardized headcount report.
  • Drive continual process improvement particularly within our planning tools leveraging best practices, standardization, and automation to scale the business.
  • Perform ad-hoc analysis as needed and present findings to senior management.

Ideal candidates will have:

  • 5 - 7 years of finance experience working in high-growth environments, preferably in a SaaS company.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal) and proven experience in developing collaborative working relationships with teams across an organization.
  • Experience using Adaptive Planning and NetSuite highly preferred.
  • Forward-thinking mindset; determined to implement best practices for a growing company.
  • Advanced financial modeling capabilities in Excel and proficiency in PowerPoint.
  • Strong analytical, operational and problem solving skills with extreme attention to detail.
  • Self-starter with ability to be agile in a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business or related field required; advanced degree preferred.

Our competitive total rewards package includes cash compensation within the following range: Base Pay $92,700-$179,100. Actual pay for this position may vary based on the hired candidate’s location, experience and relevant incumbent pay position.

Employees receive flexible paid time off (PTO), which does not accrue and fourteen paid holidays throughout the calendar year. Employees are also eligible for paid sick leave under the Flexible PTO program. Should sick leave exceed 7 consecutive days, employees are eligible to receive up to 100% of their base pay for the first 10 weeks of qualified sick leave/disability.
