This is a 100% remote position for those located in the United States.

What you’ll do

Be the primary finance business partner to the sales / go-to-market organization, providing end-to-end support to sales leadership.
Own strategic planning for Sales (headcount, expenses, commissions) to support Armis’s rapid growth
Develop profitability metrics (B:E, cost of sales, etc.) to take sales analytics to the next level
Drive bookings metrics & analytics, tracing ACV to billings and ARR
Build dashboards and reports to deliver financial updates to leadership (BI tool driven)
Support commissions analytics: modeling impact of comp design changes and providing post-mortem analysis
Partner with Sales Ops to deliver best-in-class support for Armis sales leaders

Requirements

BS degree in finance or a related field; MBA a plus
5+ years of experience in FP&A, Sales Ops, or consulting/banking in a SaaS or technology field
Proven track record of business partnership with executives and ability to communicate confidently and clearly
Able to pivot from spreadsheet to presentation: turn data into tangible business insights
Knowledge of the SaaS business model and its KPIs (ACV, ARR, retention metrics, etc.)
Experience with BI tools and ability to learn new skills quickly (Adaptive Insights, DOMO, Salesforce are a major plus)
Growth mindset and intellectual curiosity
Self-starter who can take minimal instructions and drive tasks/projects to completion
Willingness to travel up to 1-2 times per quarter (primarily to SF Bay Area and New York)

Salary Range- $113,500-$153,500.00
