This is a 100% remote position for those located in the United States.


What you'll do

  • Be the primary finance business partner to the sales / go-to-market organization, providing end-to-end support to sales leadership.
  • Own strategic planning for Sales (headcount, expenses, commissions) to support Armis's rapid growth
  • Develop profitability metrics (B:E, cost of sales, etc.) to take sales analytics to the next level
  • Drive bookings metrics & analytics, tracing ACV to billings and ARR
  • Build dashboards and reports to deliver financial updates to leadership (BI tool driven)
  • Support commissions analytics: modeling impact of comp design changes and providing post-mortem analysis
  • Partner with Sales Ops to deliver best-in-class support for Armis sales leaders

Requirements

  • BS degree in finance or a related field; MBA a plus
  • 5+ years of experience in FP&A, Sales Ops, or consulting/banking in a SaaS or technology field
  • Proven track record of business partnership with executives and ability to communicate confidently and clearly
  • Able to pivot from spreadsheet to presentation: turn data into tangible business insights
  • Knowledge of the SaaS business model and its KPIs (ACV, ARR, retention metrics, etc.)
  • Experience with BI tools and ability to learn new skills quickly (Adaptive Insights, DOMO, Salesforce are a major plus)
  • Growth mindset and intellectual curiosity
  • Self-starter who can take minimal instructions and drive tasks/projects to completion
  • Willingness to travel up to 1-2 times per quarter (primarily to SF Bay Area and New York)

Salary Range- $113,500-$153,500.00
