Senior FP&A Analyst

What You'll Do:

The FP&A Commercial Team core mission is to create value through data and insights to drive profitable growth for Criteo. We aim at being tomorrow’s world class finance hub for our business and finance stakeholders; through delivering insightful analyses to the Strategic & Commercial finance team and Criteo Leaders and enable financial and business performance monitoring.

Within Criteo FP&A Commercial team we are looking for a talented FP&A analyst, based in United States, to help analyze and provide insight on top line and expenses performance for Enterprise segment and team for Americas region, to support sound decision making.

It is a key business partnering role supporting Americas Enterprise leaders, by providing analysis to support strategic decisions, conducting financial reviews and managing financial processes such as planning, forecasting, and performance tracking.

This role requires solid knowledge of FP&A processes, performance management and business modelling acumen as well as strong communication and influencing skills.

  • Lead strategic planning, budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes for Americas Enterprise scope

  • Coordinate with multiple teams (Corporate FP&A, Business planning team, Strategic & Commercial Finance, Sales Strategy Enablement & Operations etc.) to align end to end planning process and key deliverables

  • Partnering with Americas Enterprise commercial leaders and his directs reports, Strategic and Finance Commercial Director to deliver financial targets

  • Communicate and operationalize top-down guidance in strong collaboration with sales and operations teams and the business

  • Share insightful topline forecast/plan analysis

  • Report and analyze monthly financial performance and recommend corrective actions to the management to maximize business performance

  • Work closely with the Americas Enterprise team (strategic and commercial finance director, executive managing director of the region) and the Corporate FP&A teams to help understand performance and communicate all finance performance matters related to the sub-region.

  • Including forecast process streamlining or tools improvements

Who You Are:

  • At least 6 years experience in Financial Planning & Analysis in a public, multinational company, audit or consulting firm (Big 4)

  • Good knowledge of P&L and general accounting process & procedure

  • Ability to deal with complexity and to handle multiple tasks concurrently

  • A "hands on" proactive and self-driven attitude is required; who enjoys challenges and thrives in a fast changing and demanding environment.

  • Client oriented mind with integrity and solid analytical skills, humble and self-aware

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with ability to interact and influence senior management level

  • Fluent in English, other language skills appreciated

  • Strong Excel skills and experience in SAP

  • Knowledge of data analysis tools such as PowerBI, Anaplan or SQL is a plus

The US base salary pay range for this position per year is:

$94,800 - $130,350

Certain roles at Criteo are eligible for additional rewards, including quarterly or annual bonus and restricted stock units.
