What You’ll Contribute
  • Credibly critique fraud rules strategies across multiple decision contexts – application fraud, fraud rules review, rules optimization, UDP, client training, falcon usage, merchant monitoring, or current state assessments – to devise comprehensive action plans to improve performance.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through engagement with partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Using an informed consultative approach, demonstrate and validate value to existing and prospective partners.
  • Provide best-in-class, impartial, practical, and actionable enhancement recommendations for partners’ fraud environments.
  • Maintain expert-level knowledge of all aspects of the fraud management lifecycle and the challenges particular to your designated market/territory.
  • Collaborate with partners, other functional areas at FICO, and your Advisors colleagues to bring forward the best possible ideas for maximizing the business benefits delivered by the fraud solutions.
  • Lead ongoing customer innovation/business generation sessions, user group forums, and industry conference presentations from a position of thought leadership to advance FICOs business and success.
  • Guide customers’ application of fraud solutions to manage/reduce future expected losses.
  • Be recognized as an industry thought leader and influencer through media and partner-facing output, including blogs, white papers, webinars, and event presentations.
  • Lead the creation and delivery of partner opportunity documentation, including RFxs, positioning decks and partner reports.
  • Nurture the partner relationship with both Advisors and FICO to build long-term, mutually beneficial relationships.
  • Proactively participate in continually improving FICO’s solutions by bringing “from the field” ideas and perspective.
  • Travel as necessary to support partners and projects.

What We’re Seeking
  • Experience in financial services or related occupation with emphasis on fraud consulting, products, and services.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, or a related field of study (or equivalent experience).
  • A fraud professional recognized for having made significant measurable contributions within their regional market.
  • Expertise in one or more of the following disciplines: transactional/payment fraud, online/mobile banking fraud, application fraud and first party fraud.
  • Sound understanding of, and experience in, key phases of the fraud lifecycle (prevention and detection).
  • Extensive experience in creating strategic planning documents, proposals, business cases, and detailed reports complemented by excellent communication and professional presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to develop strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, in project leadership, and a demonstrated results orientation.
  • End-user knowledge of fraud management solutions, Authorization Systems, and/or Processor Systems.
  • Proficiency in statistical software and associated analytical language, for example SQL, SPSS, SAS, R. Experience in utilizing advanced analytical techniques, for example regressions, cluster/network analysis desirable but not essential.

  • The targeted base pay range for this role is: $98,000 to $154,000 with this range reflecting differences in candidate knowledge, skills and experience.
