Senior Graphic Designer

Stadium Goods is looking for a Senior Designer to join our team. The Senior Designer will work closely with the Art Director on the day-to-day while supporting marketing campaigns, developing dedicated concepts and ensuring alignment and concept integrity throughout all stages of the process in collaboration with the design team. This person will support the development of innovative content and creative strategies to propel marketing and business objectives forward. Along with contributing to the daily production needs of the department, the Senior Designer will also work closely with the Art Director to develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to gather insights, develop strategies and reflect that back in consumer facing communications.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Partner with the Art Director in creating a vision and content strategy for the brand; develop concepts to reinforce and evolve the brand story in a compelling way, commensurate with a best-in-class brand
  • Support creative production to ensure the integrity of the concept is consistently considered throughout the process while respecting timelines
  • Possesses a visionary mindset to help teams push the creative envelope
  • Understands design systems and can adhere and iterate from them
  • Capture brand voice in marketing materials from conception to execution of final deliverables
  • Work with photo and content teams to conceptualize new campaign ideas and tactics based on the established voice and tone of the brand
  • Present strong concepts that deliver experiences aligned with the brand

WHO YOU ARE:

  • 3 or more years of experience in branding, marketing or creative agencies
  • A mastery of standard design tools such as Figma, Adobe CC, Sketch
  • A portfolio that demonstrates a variety of integrated campaigns that include digital, social and emerging media
  • Provide opinions on strategy and brand, and a readiness to push back when something doesn’t make sense or isn’t believable
  • Awareness of fashion and cultural trends that impact the luxury & streetwear retail markets
  • Ability to understand the scope and needs of a project or campaign, and to execute at a high level
  • Enthusiasm for working collaboratively with others, and a proven ability to quickly respond to shifting project needs or issues and identify workflow gaps with a solution-oriented mind-set
  • Strong problem-solving and quantitative skills with the ability to engage, influence, and inspire partners and stakeholders to drive collaboration and alignment
  • Sense of ownership and determination to get things done
