THE ROLE:
The Senior Graphic Designer will support the internal branding and communications team and external partners in producing presentation slides, print materials, advertising and digital graphics including preflight formatting, collecting, processing, checking, uploading files and archiving of art files for future use ensuring adherence to Oshkosh corporate brand standards. The Senior Graphic Designer must possess a mix of both creative and technical skills and be able to work quickly while remaining extremely detail oriented.
YOUR IMPACT:
Collaborate closely with internal cross functional team members and agencies on graphic materials.
Prepare final press-ready files for print and digital materials.
Make various formats of supplied artwork production-ready and resolve any complex artwork issues that arise during production.
Provide image retouching, clipping paths and additional image manipulation, including development of composite images.
Troubleshoot complex problems as they arise with internal and external partners.
Stay up to date with current graphic design trends, techniques and software.
Conduct press checks.
Prepare images for online and mobile applications.
Maintain production files, including fonts, images, logos and other artwork.
Catalog and reference art for future projects.
Follow a development timeline to ensure tasks are being completed on schedule.
Create PDFs for print and review. Maintain version control.
Other duties as assigned.

Master’s degree in design or related field.
Advanced User Adobe Creative Suite.
Advanced User Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong analytic skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Strong portfolio showing a variety of print and digital production work.
HTML 5 experience.
Adobe After Effects experience.
Canva experience.
Media Manager (Digital Asset Management System) experience.
Sitecore – Working knowledge.
