Mercer County, Upper Burltington CountyThe Business Development Director will be responsible for growing our suite of concierge senior care programs by developing, maintaining, and expanding relationships with the community to those professional partners who are in a position to refer potential clients in need of Senior Helpers and Town Square Service Lines.Identify all local influence centers (hospitals, nursing homes, assisted living with rehabilitation or respite care, doctors' offices, and other health providers) to determine lead sources Develop and manage new lead sources per blueprint and sales strategy.Develop and manage new lead sources per blueprint and sales strategy.Will discuss our services with potential clients and coordinate with the office staff to ensure client starts in a timely manner.At times visit and arrange meetings with people responsible for or in a position to refer clients to our service lines. 1his includes private, public, and non-profit organizationsArrange presentations of Senior Helpers and Town Square service lines at staff meetings in hospitals, nursing homes, doctor’s offices, and private companiesAttend trade shows, conferences, networking events representing Senior Helpers and Town Square servicesNetwork with others in the industry to develop additional lead sources and assist in coordinating various marketing methods including, direct mail, print ads, networking, and develop new methods of marketingWorks closely with senior living communities, hospitals, long term care and subacute rehab facilities to improve their metrics in patient satisfaction.Ensures client satisfaction at every level, including ensuring a smooth implementation process while being the face of the organization to all clients.Manages referral source needs daily and works with clients to add additional services or solutions to support their needs for successManages relationships from start to finish with strategic partners to ensure mutually benefit outcomes and sustainable long-term growth.Conducts qualitative and quantitative strategic business and market evaluations to identify and assess growth opportunitiesCreates numerous marketing programs and sales processes to increase profitabilityDevelops and executes marketing plans to achieve goals by working with KPI, collecting and analyzes data to develop and evaluate sales activity and uses data to prepare weekly and monthly reports for further focus and strategic planning.Organizes, executes and presents education for professionals through various in-services and continuing education seminarsCollaborate with Senior Helpers and Town Square teams to schedule recreational events in the Family Center as a way to provide inviting activities to bring potential members into the centerQualifications:Must have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize in a changing environment Must demonstrate ability to work strategically with entrepreneurial spirit.Must have excellent phone skills and follow-up skills with prospects and key influence center personnel.Proactive problem prevention and issue resolution leadership abilityMinimum of 3-year experience in the home health industry developing and managing a sales strategy
