Ami and Wood Ear are the group’s latest project, presenting an elevated “fine bistronomie" experience, where guests can enjoy great food with a fine dining touch as well as rare whiskies in a relaxing and friendly atmosphere. Responsibilities:
Perform and manage reception duties

Manage reservations, greet guests cordially, plan table placements and escort customers to their tables

Provide excellent customer service to customers

Requirements:
At least 2 years of experience in relevant fields

Good customer service skills

Cheerful and polite attitude

Presentable, enthusiastic and motivated

An aptitude for acquiring new skills

Good interpersonal skills

Well-mannered telephone etiquette

Good communication skills in English and Chinese

Candidates with less experience will be considered as Host / Hostess (Fine Dining)
