As senior Business Partner you’ll help us sustain a high performance culture

- Systematise how we listen, learn and action change to improve eNPS

Drive a meaningful learning agenda that develops the people capabilities for growth
- Support the development of line managers and effectiveness of manager processes
- Activate learning formats that improve levels of personal effectiveness and productivity
- Help us develop the ability to positively manage uncertainty and work through complexity
Inform the people agenda in support of the next phase of growth
- Strengthen the processes & systems that enable us to attract, reward and retain talent
- Evolve our thinking on HR Tech & Tools, better people data and insights
- Improve the service and support we provide across all our locations
Requirements
- Experience supporting Tech-led business to scale & professionalise through later growth phases (Series B+, PE, IPO)
- Proven ability to create strong working relationships with client groups distributed across multiple locations
- Demonstrate sound counsel & challenge, balancing people and commercial implications
A credible and confident HR leader with strong influencing skills- Track record of mobilising change and delivering impact
- A self-starter, you’re resilient and resourceful with a ‘can do’ attitude
- Able to explain concepts or plans in a simple concise manner, low on ‘HR-speak’
- Can adapt communication style depending on the audience
- Trained Mental Health First Aider to join our active community or if willing to be trained
