Senior HRIS Analyst

Location: East Coast, US - Remote


Duties & Responsibilities

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Global HR operations team as a Senior HRIS Analyst.

In this role, you will be working within the HR organization to assist in delivering solutions and services for supporting HR processes, data & systems. The position will work closely with the business to ensure that our people- processes and services run smoothly and consistently globally. You will be a key contributor to making sure HR professionals and business managers have the people data and analytics they need to support HR processes and business decision-making. As a senior member of the Global HR Operations team, you will be leading key HR initiatives and support a team of HR professionals in striving for successful and effective execution of the function strategy and the associated HR technology roadmap.

Principal Duties and Essential Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a functional and operational point of contact for all HR users and HR issues
  • Manage design and process development with leading edge technologies to support the people management processes
  • Drive measurable improvements using human-centered design thinking, optimize and scale processes through process redesign, operating model design, automation, system integration or adoption to build a seamless and timely candidate and employee experience and improve operational efficiency.
  • Perform configuration work by learning, testing new features in the system, and preparing for the rollout
  • Support and drive key components of building out HR resources, including the development of employee and manager self-serve resources that will allow us to continue to scale and prepare for our next stage of growth
  • Educating, empowering, and inspiring HR colleagues to actively engage in improving their own processes and participating in HRIS initiatives
  • Acts as change management champion for systems and processes, facilitating and communicating HR process and policy updates and changes
  • Co-Create roadmaps and timing of upgrades and maintenance for development environment
  • Collaborate with cross-department colleagues to understand and implement HR programs that drive standardization across the ecosystem
  • Maintain data integrity in the HRIS, regularly coordinate data audits, system implementations, upgrades, modifications, and clean-up efforts
  • Support building business cases to quantify the cost and value of process opportunities, technology, and resources to advocate for funding as necessary
  • Develop/create standard or custom reports; work with COE’s to create custom reports and various dashboards
  • Develop knowledge, expertise, and skills needed to take on additional and increasingly more complex COE work
  • Maintain documentation and standard methodologies on program process maps, templates, and workflows.
  • Take responsibility for the maintenance and ongoing administration of the HRIS to support short-term and long- term goals
  • Ensure system processes are well documented, regularly updated and communicated.


Basic Qualifications, Experience, Skills & Education Required

  • 7 + years of experience
  • Advanced SAP SuccessFactors experience and certified in Employee Central.
  • SAP SF global implementation project management experience
  • Strong analytical skills: ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations, and drive decisions, attention to details
  • Excellent written and verbal communication - the ability to interface with all levels of the organization
  • HR Processes – working knowledge of all core hire-to-retire HR processes as well as their data and global variations


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in Compensation/Goals and Performance/Learning/Cloud Analytics/Integrations modules
  • PMP certification
  • Results-driven, solutions-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities
  • Policy Design, Documentation, and Communication
  • Self-driven, capable of conducting research, exploiting industry networks, and persistently driving process improvements.
  • Track record of success in leading and developing leaders and high-performing teams.
  • Successful record of building, improving, and running operational business processes, and the ability to drive program effectiveness and high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Bachelor’s Degree in IT / HR or Economics or equivalent experience
  • Proficient in MS Office- Excel, SQL, and XML
