Senior Information Security Systems Analyst

Remote position

Responsibilities: Develop and execute technological information security requirements and solutions to meet global regulations, policies and company standards. Perform current system or platform security analysis and documentation. Produce quality work product while addressing risks and meeting allotted completion timeframes. Act as a security liaison between IT, Applications and Sales teams. Assist internal and external audit teams on annual Information Security Audits. Work with IT and Applications to address audit and client findings. Assist in the evaluation of 3rd party vendors involved in information security projects and processes, partnering with selected vendors as needed. Review access logs and security alerts, promptly addressing issues. Participate in breach and information security related investigations, documentation, and remediation. Build and maintain policies and reports for all security monitoring tools in corporate and public facing environments such as web and email DLP, SIEM, enterprise AV, IDS and AD. Run Review vulnerability scanning and coordinating remediation with a cross-functional team. Review of IDS alerts.

Requirements: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security or a related field and two years of experience in the job offered or two years information security technology/security testing. Experience must include two years each of the following: SQA testing; providing design and remediation to reduce vulnerabilities; working with application development teams to close bugs; work on client facing engagements and security awareness events; Programming; Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Visio. Experience may be gained concurrently.
