• Proficient ability to read, write and communicate in English, fluent ability to speak English
• Exceptional 3D visualization ability and advanced knowledge of the elements and principles of design
• Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit
• Advanced working experience with Coohom/Kujiale, Photoshop, Sketch-up, 3DS Max and Enscape
• Proven ability to create 2D and 3D design drawings and renderings as well as provide constructive criticism on reporting staff’s projects
• Expert understanding of architectural details and specifications as used in construction documents
• Expert knowledge and skills of visual merchandising
• Strong project management skills

• Manage the completion and quality execution of 2D and 3D visual designs for a variety of different retail and construction projects as assigned from the US-based Design Team.
• Manage the creation of 3D assets to support US-based retail and construction initiatives in a virtual setting as assigned from the US-based Design Team.
• Actively participate in US to India communications including emails and meetings, India-based departmental meetings, training and education. Assist with training other employees and providing project backup.
• Coordinate and oversee the execution of multiple projects at different stages of completion and varying complexity to ensure that deadlines are met. Record and communicate project status to US-based design team.
• Prepare and professionally conduct meetings and presentations with India and US-based teams.
• Establish a working relationship with the US-based design team to promote and ensure alignment with brand objectives. Responsible to resolve escalated concerns that occur at all levels of management.
• Improve India-based team effeciencies through continuous quality improvement to progress personal and department efficiencies and deliverables as applicable.
• Utilize and share knowledge of the furniture retail industry as well as Ashley’s products to reinforce Ashley’s business strategies.
