Disclaimer: Remote, contract with possibility for extension, W2 only, PST hours.

Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Senior Internal Communications Consultant:

• Providing consulting services for company internal communications, change management, and employee engagement.
• Collaborating to provide guidance to the COO and Operations teams.
• Overseeing the full-cycle of internal, employee communications projects.
• Developing creative content for employee communications, presentations, storytelling, and digital efforts.

Required Skills for the Senior Internal Communications Consultant:

• 4+ years of internal communications and business consulting background.
• Bachelors degree in communications, organizational effectiveness, journalism or business communications preferred.
• Must be comfortable working PST hours.
• Knowledge of new and emerging employee engagement practices.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $35.00 - $42.00 per hour
