About this role:
CyberArk is seeking a full-time Senior Counsel to primarily support commercial transactions for our Americas business and our US Federal go-to-market activities, negotiate with leading global enterprises, and work independently with senior management, sales executives and other departments within the company. This person may also support other areas of the business and will have the opportunity to assist with projects as needed. This position will report to CyberArk’s VP Legal, Global Go-to-Market and may require some domestic and international travel.

The salary range for this position is $100,000 – $185,000/year, plus commissions or discretionary bonus, which will be based on the employee’s performance. Base pay may also vary considerably depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The compensation package includes a wide range of medical, dental, vision, financial, and other benefits, as well as equity.
