Senior Manager, Brand Marketing

As a result of our continued growth and expansion, we're seeking a Senior Manager of Marketing to join our team in New York to lead all our US marketing activities, and two marketing team members. You’ll develop plans to help establish our brand, allocating resources to different projects and setting short-term and long-term department goals. In this role, you will:

  • Create marketing collateral and presentations to support the US team in approaching prospects or growing existing accounts
  • Manages team members to ensure the marketing team is performing effectively.
  • Build inspiring content to help US publishers and merchants to make the most of their big sales events (Black Friday, Mother's Day, Father's Day, etc...)
  • Be responsible for amplifying the brand story and positioning, increase brand awareness and ensure consistent messaging and feel across the US market
  • Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly and annual budgets for the US Marketing department
  • Work on global projects in coordination with global marketing team
  • Manage and execute monthly and quarterly marketing efforts to drive the plan and validating/communicating marketing plans to sales outcome
  • Ensure our brand message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts (like events, email campaigns, web pages and promotional material)
  • Craft quarterly and annual hiring plans
  • Monitor competition (acquisitions, pricing changes and new products and features)
  • Travel to the UK twice a year

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of marketing experience with at least 2 years of management experience and 2 years of experience owning marketing efforts tied to revenue goals
  • Hiring, training and mentoring employees, creating and implementing business strategies and delegating tasks to team.
  • Superb written, visual and verbal presentation skills.
  • Solid knowledge of web analytics and Google AdWords
  • Experience with CRM software
  • Background in demand generation, integrated marketing, and performance marketing is ideal
  • Experience in measuring the impact of your marketing activities
  • Curiosity to work at the intersection of the media and commerce industries in a tech environment
  • Self Starter and ability to take initiative, think and deliver new solutions
  • Work across different teams and different regions
  • BA/BS Degree
