What You'll Do
In this role, you'll work with the Customer Success team across Flatiron’s Healthcare technology solutions in order to ensure community oncology practice customers get the most out of our products. Reporting into the Account Management team, you'll work closely with practice leaders and clinic staff, along with internal partners at Flatiron (e.g., Support, Strategic Partnerships & Projects, Implementation, and Product) to optimize our Customer Success offering, including training on key workflows and post-live support. You’ll also develop plans to drive our practice engagement strategy. In addition, you will:
