What You'll Do

In this role, you'll work with the Customer Success team across Flatiron’s Healthcare technology solutions in order to ensure community oncology practice customers get the most out of our products. Reporting into the Account Management team, you'll work closely with practice leaders and clinic staff, along with internal partners at Flatiron (e.g., Support, Strategic Partnerships & Projects, Implementation, and Product) to optimize our Customer Success offering, including training on key workflows and post-live support. You’ll also develop plans to drive our practice engagement strategy. In addition, you will:

  • Develop strong, collaborative relationships with the customers’ leadership team and practice leaders
  • Work with the customer and practice leaders to understand how they interact with Flatiron products, and identify their needs, challenges and ideas and surface those to Product and Engineering as appropriate
  • Partner with key internal teams (RCM, Strategic Partnerships & Projects, Sales, Optimization, Implementation) to define and scale post-live solutions (including Support and Account Management) that deliver high customer satisfaction across practices, and determine the ongoing accountabilities for delivery
  • Enhance remote and in-person training models to support key practice workflows and value based care models.
  • Partner with our Strategic Partnerships & Projects team to drive our value based care and partner strategy across Flatiron products
  • Advocate customer needs and ideas internally, and work collaboratively with other teams to achieve outcomes and results for customers
  • Become a product, domain and industry expert, and strive to use that knowledge to make customers successful in their business objectives

In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to excel in defining new opportunities, and identifying value through cross-functional collaboration and project management.

Who You Are

You're a collaborative community oncology leader who is excited by the prospect of defining and tackling meaningful problems each and every day. You’re a kind, passionate and collaborative problem-solver who seeks and gives candid feedback, and values the chance to make an important impact. You have strong management and organizational skills, an entrepreneurial spirit, and a passion for tackling a complex new challenge. You are passionate about our mission to improve healthcare through technology.

  • You have 10+ years experience in an oncology clinic, with a focus on value based care and clinical workflows
  • You have experience working with executive leadership teams and owning the outcome of key business objectives
  • You have the ability to creatively solve problems in an independent and data-driven manner while working in a fast-paced, demanding start-up environment
  • You have the tenacity to influence key stakeholders
  • You have the ability to effectively prioritize competing projects
  • You have strong time management, written and verbal communication skills
  • You have the ability to think on your feet and adapt to any situation
  • You are willing to travel as needed

If this sounds like you, you'll fit right in at Flatiron.

Extra Credit

  • You have experience managing high-performing teams
