The role:
The Sr. Manager, Marketing Operations will play an integral part in scaling our Marketing organization through the management of the digital demand generation channels, oversight of Marketing website, and optimization of website data integrations. Reporting to the Director of Marketing and Demand Management, you will work cross-functionally to increase the efficacy of the Marketing technology stack for increased Marketing program efficacy, Marketing program personalization, and data cleanliness and accurate business reporting. You'll also be integral in analyzing funnel performance, optimizing the performance of digital demand channels, and consulting with stakeholders to leverage campaign insights to improve future campaign performance.

Base compensation range: $120,000 - $135,000. Total compensation for this role also includes incentive stock options and benefits. This compensation range may be adjusted based on actual experience.
