For this position, we are looking for remote candidates located in the United States and Canada.
As the Senior Manager of Content Marketing, you will have the opportunity to define and drive our global content marketing strategy. You will get to produce content in-house and be responsible for delivering exceptional content that influences our target audiences. You'll drive the content strategy while working to ensure we have an effective, high-quality, results-oriented content marketing function. You'll craft unique content on Process Intelligence to demonstrate our thought leadership, market vision, and category expertise.
What You’ll Do:
- Develop, execute and measure a comprehensive content strategy and calendar that is built to deliver real-world results for the company.
- Work across functions to map out the most efficient processes to activate the strategy.
- Drive amplification of content through different marketing channels and collaborate with marketing team members on content distribution.
- Be responsible for creation, quality control, and delivery across all content formats, including but not limited to Digital ads, press releases, customer stories, case studies, presentations, eBooks, blogs, websites, and email.
- Manage production of content with internal and external design resources by overseeing feedback and approvals, delivering projects on time, and identifying process efficiencies.
- Partner with the marketing team to improve keyword rankings and optimize content for search performance.
- Manage Marketing specific content.
- Own content performance metrics, monitoring engagement and analyzing data.
- Own the corporate style guide and company taxonomy while working to ensure brand guidelines are implemented across deliverables.
- Develop the content function, including communication of best practices, goals, priorities and feedback to develop each team member.
- Identify improvement in overall processes and partnerships and consistently drive implementation of changes and solutions.
Requirements
What You’ll Bring
Need to have
- 7+ years of previous content marketing experience with 5+ years in high-tech B2B or B2BC content marketing
- 2+ years of previous people management experience
- Experience evolving a brand through effective storytelling and crafting an audience-centric narrative
- Ability to manage in the global, high-tech market reality
- Strong editorial skills, including copy editing and story shaping
- Previous Project management skills and familiarity with project management tools such as Asana

The US base compensation range for this full-time position is $106,000- $180,000 USD. Actual compensation is based on various factors, including but not limited to work location, job-related skills, and experience. In addition to a base salary, this role is also eligible for performance-based bonus, benefits, and equity.
