What You'll Contribute
The Senior Manager, Process Management will be responsible for identifying and implementing strategies to optimize operational efficiency, streamline processes, and drive continuous improvement.
What You'll Do
Conduct in-depth process analysis, including process mapping, data analysis, and root cause identification, to identify inefficiencies and develop targeted improvement initiatives.
Manage project teams in the development and execution of process improvement plans, applying methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, Agile, or other relevant frameworks.
Manage collaboration with stakeholders at various levels of the organization to promote process awareness, gain buy-in for process improvement initiatives, and drive change management efforts.
Leverage technology solutions and tools to automate and optimize processes, collaborating with IT teams to identify and implement appropriate solutions.
Monitor the effectiveness of implemented process improvements, conduct regular reviews and audits, and identify opportunities for further optimization.
Prepare and present comprehensive reports on process improvement initiatives, progress, and outcomes.

What you have
Minimum education, skills and experience required.
Strong knowledge of process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, Business Process Reengineering, Agile, or other relevant frameworks.
Solid leadership and team management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at various levels.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Strong project management skills, with experience in project planning, execution, and monitoring.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
Experience in change management, with the ability to drive and manage change initiatives within an organization.
Familiarity with process mapping and documentation tools, as well as process automation technologies.
Preferred education, skills, and experience.
Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, engineering, or a related field.
6+ years' experience in process management, process improvement with a track record of successfully managing and implementing process improvement projects.
