We're looking for a Senior Manager, Procurement to help us accomplish our mission to improve lives by learning from the experience of every cancer patient. Here's what you need to know about the role, our team and why Flatiron Health is the right next step in your career.

  • Educate stakeholders and other internal customers on sourcing and procurement processes, as well as the value that the Procurement team can deliver
  • Identify gaps in current processes and develop a strategy to remediate those gaps, optimizing operations across supplier onboarding, contracting, and order management
  • Complete regular and ad hoc reporting and analysis, partnering with FP&A and Accounting to leverage procurement insights in forecasting, budgeting, and month-end reporting
  • Collaborate closely with Flatiron’s Legal, Privacy, Security, and Compliance teams to develop a comprehensive supplier onboarding process
  • Support Flatiron’s international expansion across the UK, Germany, and Japan including sourcing country-specific vendors and building out international operations
  • Assist with day-to-day approvals and administration of Coupa, Flatiron’s procure-to-pay system, including: reviewing POs, provisioning licenses, and updating system configurations
  • Partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders to drive forward new initiatives such as Flatiron’s Supplier Diversity Program
  • Lead supplier contract negotiations, as needed, eventually setting a contract negotiation strategy as the procurement function expands
  • Oversee Flatiron’s T&E program, including updating current policies and managing travel vendors and contracts
  • Hire, train and retain a high performing procurement team
Who You Are

You're a process-oriented problem solver who is excited by the prospect of making an impact on a growing team.

  • You have a bachelor’s degree with 8+ years work experience leading a growing procurement function
  • You have experience in improving processes and working cross-functionally across an enterprise system
  • You possess excellent communication skills and provide top notch customer service to internal stakeholders
  • You’re system-savvy and have experience working in a P2P or ERP system
