Job Description:
Our Sr. Manager, Warehouse and Logistics Operations will be responsible for the overall performance of the Irvine campus warehouse operations, including safety, quality compliance, the delivery of customer experience and the cost effectiveness. Collaborate with other functions in global supply chain, digital and IT to implement supply chain strategy. Ensure compliance in related processes, activities, system transactions, documentation, and operations.
Essential job functions include:
Lead the Irvine campus warehouse operations to achieve company strategic goals and objectives. Deliver performance including safety, quality, customer service and costs.
Safety: work with EH&S to ensure safety compliance of the operations.
Quality : work with quality counterpart to ensure quality compliance is all aspects of the operations (including processes and procedures).
Customer service : Deliver unparalleled customer experience. Identify and lead issue resolutions.
Costs: ensure budget adherence. Sustain and improve operational efficiency.
Leads and/or executes projects for to deliver company objectives, including space expansion, BCP, VIPs, digital transformation.
Owns financial forecasting (monthly forecast, AOP, STRAT planning) and manage budgets to ensure costs effectiveness.
Leads discussions with management and other stakeholders on key initiatives and improvement. Collaborate with cross functional teams, including planning, manufacturing, engineering, quality.
Develop team members to increase business acumen and functional skills; retain talents.
Other incidental duties
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in related field and relevant Supply Chain experience ( warehousing, distribution, and/or materials management )
Demonstrated track record in people management
Preferred Qualifications:
Lean Six Sigma Certifications or Scrum Master certification
Experience within a regulated environment
Strong leadership skills and ability to influence change
Excellent documentation and communication skills and interpersonal relationship skills including negotiating and relationship management skills with ability to drive achievement of objectives
Excellent problem-solving, organizational, analytical and critical thinking skills
Experience in facilitating change, including collaboration with management and executive stakeholders
Ability to interact professionally with all organizational levels and proactively escalate issues to appropriate levels of management in the organization
Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast paced environment
Must be able to work in a team environment, including serving as consultant to management
Ability to interact with suppliers, vendors and/or customers
Ability to manage NCRs, CAPAs and other quality compliance requirements
Proven expertise in usage of MS Office Suite
Business acumen in warehouse management, including space and inventory management, inbound and outbound process.
Understanding of ROHAS and other raw materials regulation
Ability to analyze space and resource requirements for the operations
Works independently without close supervision
Compares and evaluates possible courses of action after considering various possibilities
Applies his or her knowledge in following procedures or in determining which procedures to follow or determining whether specified standards are met
Determines or effectively recommends course of action after considering potential risks of alternatives
Makes decisions in the face of different alternatives and without formulas or guidelines or with guidelines that are not complete and exhaustive, and which allow room for creativity and judgment
Direction tends to be high level and focused on end results with means of accomplishment left to incumbent
Adhere to all EHS rules and requirements and take adequate control measures in preventing injuries to themselves and others as well as to the protection of environment and prevention of pollution under their span of influence/control

For California, the base pay range for this position is $106,000 to $151,000 (highly experienced).
The pay for the successful candidate will depend on various factors (e.g., qualifications, education, prior experience).
