Work closely with design engineers and the manufacturing team. Understand directions from the engineering side, analyze and test electronic hardware using electrical schematics and layout.
- Assembling and testing prototype PCBA and troubleshooting down to the component level, utilizing a range of equipment, including soldering stations, oscilloscopes, variable power supplies, DVM, waveform and signal generators, microscopes, and more.

Performing rework on failed devices (including SMT, through-hole, BGA, ICs) on PCBA to recover functionality and performance, using soldering stations, hot air equipment, microscopes, and other tools as required.

Building cabling and wiring as part of system integration efforts.

A college-level electrical engineering degree with 0-1 year of working experience OR an equivalent degree/certificate with 5+ years of working experience in the field.

Good understanding of circuitry basic theory and strong experience and skillset in PCBA troubleshooting.

Solid skillset and high work quality on soldering work and touch-up rework on fine-pitch components.

Proficiency in OrCAD CIS/CIP and Allegro.

Ability to communicate effectively and work from rough engineering sketches and verbal instructions.

Travel to regional customer sites and to support trade shows & conferences if needed.

The pay range for this role is $35-$55 per hour. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
The total compensation package for this position may also include an annual performance bonus, stock, benefits and/or other applicable incentive compensation plans.
