Senior Marketing Communications Specialist

Position Summary:

The Senior Marketing Communications Specialist will create effective communications strategies and messaging that drives customer engagement and conversion for marketing initiatives such as product marketing, promotions, sales, events, field marketing and campaigns. Through channel strategy ownership of emails, digital banners, SMS text messaging, and app notifications, the Senior Marketing Communications Specialist executes on holistic, integrated communications experience for customers, associates and the broader Isagenix audience.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities (Other duties may be assigned):
  • Launch email marketing campaigns and manage channel strategies for marketing projects.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with key stakeholders to gather project details to create effective and comprehensive strategic marketing communications.
  • Identify target audiences to achieve project goals.
  • Coordinate logistics and scheduling with project management team and channel owners.
  • Ensure external marketing communications and internal project communications to stakeholders are conveyed in a timely, clear, concise, and precise manner.
  • Review creative work and provide constructive feedback on copy writing and visuals to ensure messaging and assets achieve targeted objectives.
  • Manage a wide variety of marketing communication projects from inception to completion, demonstrating clear direction and follow through.
  • Implement and execute key milestones to successfully launch marketing communication by creating and updating project timelines and identifying project dependencies and deliverables.
  • Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential challenges, and propose contingency plans.
  • Elevate risks to meet communication launches to management.
  • Lead cross-functional project meetings and conduct timely follow-ups.
  • Handle complex projects and attend meetings with management and executive leadership as required.
  • Present strategy ideas and report campaign performance to management.
  • Interpret market and consumer insights data to identify marketing communication opportunities.
  • Provide project support for team members and step in to fill temporary assignments for manager as needed.
  • Document and maintain files in project management tools such as Asana.
Minimum Qualifications (These are the requirements that all applicants MUST HAVE to be considered for this position):
  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution or equivalent experience.
  • 4 years of account, marketing, project management or related experience.
  • Robust knowledge of marketing and communications trends and strategies.
  • Skilled in the use of Microsoft office software to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and teams.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, able to coordinate/manage multiple tasks simultaneously and be a forward thinker.
  • Creativity is expected to formulate effective marketing communication strategies and deliverables.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or related field.
  • 6 years of account, marketing, project management or related experience.
  • Professional experience in network marketing and/or health and wellness industry.
  • Experience with consumer product launches.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Teams and SharePoint.
