This role will be representing Consumer Beauty cosmetics and our Consumer Beauty Fragrance brands. The role will be responsible for the Amazon account, reporting to the Director of Amazon.

This is an exciting, fast paced role where you will build commercial business relations, develop growth strategies, and own the business/P&L for the US Consumer Beauty portfolio on Amazon.

THE ROLE

Strategic management of the business at Amazon with the goal of establishing Coty as the market leader in sales and service. Based out of our New York office, this person will lead the identification, development, and execution of strategies to deliver key volume drivers for Coty ’ s line of Consumer Beauty products.

The ideal candidate will be expected to create the strategies and tactics to drive growth, gain market share, maintain catalog, reporting, profitability, and pricing. Joint Business Planning, Line Reviews, Promotional Execution, Financial Management, Business Analysis, Forecasting, Trade Spend Management and Strategic Relationship Building. Coty participates extensively in the JBP process and conducts frequent meetings with Amazon.

Key Responsibilities:
Development and execution of all presentations with Amazon for the entire portfolio of products.
Leading the strategy, tactics, and execution in all interactions.
Management of short-term and long-term business results, including innovative changes aimed at broad financial impact.
Delivering upon volume, share and profitability targets
Drive narrative and leverage team to ensure best-in-class content, reporting, and category leadership
Identification and activation of fact-based sales opportunities.
Accurately forecast the business and proactively alerting leadership of major shifts in the business.
Managing promotional/trade funds to effectively drive the business.
P&L management.
New Item sell-in and set-up.
Ensuring proper ownership/responsibility across managed team functions.

QUALIFICATIONS

We’d love to see candidates who have:
Essential: Bachelor’s Degree 5 – 10 years of related national customer experience including proven success in a sales / trade marketing role and or customer team Finance role (Amazon experience strongly preferred). Possess excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office) and understanding of sales (Infotracs, BEX/Hanna, Future Cast). Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize. Possess solid judgement and decision-making ability.
Customer & team centric approach, P&L focus & growth oriented.
