The Senior Netsuite Business Analyst (Techno-Functional) (0792) Opportunity

Veev is looking for a Senior Netsuite Technology Functional Analyst - FI/CO to join our IT Team. Our Senior Netsuite Business Analyst collaborates daily with our global finance team, in order to own a successful financial setup of the global ERP solution. Working closely with the global finance team as well as with cross functional stakeholders, you will deeply understand and translate business requirements into sustainable, robust and scalable technical solutions.
The successful candidate must have a passion for helping small sized businesses find creative ways to use NetSuite to more effectively run their businesses!
In This Role, You Will:
Facilitate business process mapping and requirements gathering sessions with clients to determine NetSuite system requirements
Implement and configure NetSuite to address business needs and processes, including system setup, Chart of Accounts and advanced accounting configuration, procure-to-pay, items & inventory management, manufacturing, warehouse management, fulfillment, fixed asset management, etc.
Build reports, saved searches and dashboards that provide comprehensive and forward-looking Business Intelligence
Setup, configure and customize Oracle NetSuite ERP finance modules based on the business needs
Establish test cases and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with core client stakeholders to ensure system configuration objectives have been met
Create training/support documentation, and drive end-user training to promote user adoption
Manage the production deployment processes, ensuring a seamless software launch and continuity of business operations
Work and communicate effectively with cross-functional team members
Prioritize project workload to ensure milestones and objectives are attained
Work with the knowledge and training teams to establish training within the framework of Finance
Ensure know-how transfer within your team of specialists
Apply your technical setup knowledge in order to identify & realize process improvement opportunities
Requirements, Knowledge, and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business management, Finance, Information Systems or other related field, and meet the following qualifications:
8+ years experience with Netsuite and other ERP or Manufacturing systems.
Ability to translate customer business requirements into business solutions, either as a software solution or a re-engineering initiative
Finance & Accounting experience including GL, AR, AP, Asset Accounting, Intercompany, Cost Accounting, Cash Management and GL Consolidation (international bookkeeping)
Good understanding of US GAAP principles
Good working experience in Accrual Reconciliation, Cash reconciliation and troubleshooting Bank Interfaces are required
Deep understanding of COGS, Intercompany in a manufacturing environment and related configuration experience in Netsuite are required
SD/MM integration know-how towards FI/CO is seen as a strong plus
Excellent client management skills and the ability to execute on an implementation plan
Project management & presentation skills are seen as an asset
Good understanding of Record to Report, Procure to Pay & Project to Cash functionality with Netsuite
Knowledge of Inventory Management: Purchase Requisitions and Orders, Item Receipt, Order Fulfillment, Inventory Transfer, Location/Bin Management, Item Costing
Knowledge of Manufacturing: Assembly Builds/Unbuilds, Work Orders, BOM, Demand Planning, Manufacturing Routing
Train the business users on Oracle NetSuite ERP whenever a new standard feature as part of the bi-yearly upgrades or a customized feature is introduced to the production system
Ability to handle a variety of different projects simultaneously, and capable of managing multiple deadlines
Ability to take direction and work independently

Compensation:
Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on skills, education, experience, and location is $140,000 - $160,000 annually for Hayward, CA and surrounding areas. This role is also eligible for stock options, various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, flexible paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents.
